Floor Bunding & Drum Bunded Pallets

Our range of Spill Pallets provides a safe and convenient method of handling 205Ltr drums, storage containers and IBCs.  The spill pallets capture spilt liquids before they can contaminate work floors or the environment.  This saves on clean-up costs as well as providing a method to reclaim the lost liquids.  The spill pallets are also strong enough that they can be moved fully laden with drums.

Features include:

• The pallets are injection molded rather than rotationally molded; this ensures a consistent wall thickness with increased strength and ridgidity.
• Both the 4 and 2 drum spill pallets are the same height – allowing multiple configurations.
• Connect 3 x spill pallets together to create a bund for 3 IBC containers that is EPA compliant.
• A ramp is suitable for both sizes (please call us for more details on the ramp)
• Both the 2 and 4 drum units are nest-able saving significant freight costs.
• The lip and grate are the same height, allowing drums to be easily moved from one pallet to another.

The inflatable water bund is designed to prevent the flow of liquid through warehouse entrances or away from drains and natural waterways. This is particularly suitable for high traffic entrances where common flexible bunds are not applicable.

The bund is stored rolled up, beside entrances ways, and can also be maneuvered should it be needed. When required the bund is filled with water, either from a fire hydrant or hose – forming a 150mm high barrier. It can be emptied using the same 1″ fill point.

It is lightweight (when empty) and can be maneuvered where it is required. Fabric is constructed of Seaman 3026 fabric, which features excellent abrasion resistance.

The bund is designed either as a single 200mm diameter tube or in a double tube configuration depending on the application. It can be manufactured to length but is available in a standard 5m length.
