Apply First Aid

Course Duration: 4 Hours

A comprehensive yet simple course suitable for everyday emergency situations. Apply First Aid is the minimum qualification required by Workplace Health & Safety Legislation for the workplace first aider. This course is designed for a person who has never completed first aid training before.

The First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice recommends that first aiders should attend training on a regular basis to refresh their first aid knowledge and skills, and to confirm their competence to provide first aid. Refresher training in CPR should be undertaken annually, and first aid qualifications should be renewed every three years.

Perform CPR

Course Duration: 2 Hours

This course provides the knowledge and skills required to maintain life in an unconscious casualty until medical help arrives.

The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends the CPR competency be recertified annually.
